Engagement
Client must provide clear briefs and references before work begins.
Scope, pricing, and deliverables must be agreed upon in advance.
Artist guarantees original work.
Artist reserves the right to decline any project.Content Restrictions
No style imitation or copying.
Artist reserves the right to refuse specific themes or subjects.

Revisions
Minor detail adjustments are allowed in reasonable amounts
Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
Revisions may affect the timeline.
1 to 2 revisions are allowed major revisions after the sketch phase will be charged.
After the artwork has been completed, no revisions are allowed.Rights & Usage
Artist Rights
Artist retains full copyright and ownership.
Work may be displayed in portfolio and for promotional purposes.
Client Rights (Personal Use)
Personal use only unless otherwise agreed.
Proper credit is required.No modification without permission.
Commercial Use
Commercial rights are not included by default.
Additional fees apply for monetized use.
Use for AI training, NFTs, blockchain, or related technologies is strictly prohibited.Payments
Full payment for small projects / 50% deposit for larger projects.
Payment must be made within the stated timeframe.
No refunds once work has begun unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation before work begins may incur a fee.
No refunds after work starts unless initiated by the Artist.
If Artist cannot complete the project, a partial or full refund may be issued.Confidentiality
